We're going to raise pure strain Blue Tilapia in Texas

We decided  to raise the best tasting tilapia right here in our backyard.  Those in the know say that Blue Tilapia is the best tasting of the many tilapia species in the world. 

It is also important to us to raise all-natural, non-hormone altered, non-hybridized fish for our family and community.     It'll take a while to get our first harvest to the market; however, please come see us when we do, it'll be late in the season if we make it.
